Intro

KIUBO is an event ticketing and management platform built for producers who need to sell online without friction and run show day with real-time data. Designed from scratch at GUDCOD, it bundles payments, access control and reporting into a single tool.

Objective

Design and ship an end-to-end product covering the full lifecycle: event setup, online sales with an integrated payment gateway, QR validation at the door, and a dashboard with sales, attendance and revenue metrics. Mobile-first for both buyers and on-site staff.
